Hi again 👋🏼

I’m a Content Designer at Uber, where I use my words and design thinking to shape the rider experience. I love simplifying complex ideas using experiences, stories, and strategies. Before joining Uber, I was a Content Designer at Microsoft.

Not being a native English speaker makes me a better Content Designer. It all comes down to human empathy: If the 16-year-old me who didn’t know much English can understand my writing, then the job is mostly done.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me making silly TikTok videos, writing Yelp reviews, doing midnight baking sessions, or drinking (way too much) boba. I recently started a YouTube channel. It’s clear that I have trouble doing nothing. We’ll see how that goes.

Oh, by the way, Mandarin Chinese 中文 is my first language.
